We had a party of 9 (6 adults and 3 kids -ages 5, 6, 8) wanting to go on a Disney cruise. We were flying from Columbus to Orlando, staying overnight, and then getting to the cruise ship at Port Canaveral the next day. Ben arranged all of our flights, hotel reservations, and transport to the ship. It all went without any snags. Ben let us know about all of our cruise options and had wonderful suggestions when we needed help. There were a lot of details that he took care of, that would have been a nightmare for us to figure out. The stressful task of confirming our Southwest airline flights 24 hours before the flight, was done by Ben. I hadn’t used a travel agent for decades, however, due to our experience with our Disney cruise, I plan on using Ben for any future travel arrangements.
Ben was an excellent planner for our trip to Paris and Normandy. He is well organized, communicates very well, and had an app with all instructions, tickets, etc. Thanks to Ben's professional planning experience, we avoided long lines/delays at the sights in Paris, we followed his instructions and easily navigated our way on the trains, and had two of THE BEST tour guides for the Normandy battlefields and cemeteries.
